Brand story
Port Parcel Co. is named after our home base, the Port of Newcastle, ON, and was founded in 2021 on a vision of offering high-quality Canadian gift products shipped in trendy, eco-friendly parcel packaging.
In 2022, we expanded to include shipping directly from our Canadian suppliers, in order to offer a significantly larger selection of items and to reduce our environmental impact.
We aim to work with Canadian companies in all facets of our business - from branding (@tk.creativestudio), to packaging (@friendlymailer), to social media (@thelittlecreativecoteams), to all of our many Canadian makers and suppliers.

A note on sustainability:
We continue to make changes to our business processes to constantly reduce our carbon footprint.
- Canadian suppliers: We purchase all of our products from Canadian companies, reducing the environmental impact of transportation.
- Direct shipping: Where possible, we drop ship from our suppliers to our customers, in order to reduce the number of shipments required.
- Carbon-neutral shipping: We use an app to calculate our carbon footprint and we pay per parcel to provide carbon-neutral shipping.
